Local visibility checklist

Jean C. Lee, MD

Several tracked searches still leave you off the first screen of results — prioritized actions below can close the gap.

This week — prioritize these

  1. Implement a proactive review strategy

Encourage satisfied patients to leave positive reviews. Regularly respond to reviews, both positive and negative, to demonstrate excellent customer service.

  2. Utilize Google Posts consistently

Create regular posts showcasing expertise, patient testimonials, and promotions to engage potential patients and improve visibility in local searches.

  3. Highlight services and attributes

List specific services offered, such as preventive care, vaccinations, or specialized treatments. Utilize attributes like women-led, LGBTQ-friendly, etc., to stand out.

What's working

Gaps to close
